The head of Astan Qods Razavi’s Scientific and Cultural Organization outlined the themes of the 2026 Karamat Ten-Day festivities, emphasizing national unity, social hope, and the deep connection between Iranian society and Imam Reza’s teachings.

AhlulBayt News Agency: The head of Astan Qods Razavi’s Scientific and Cultural Organization outlined the themes of the 2026 Karamat Ten-Day festivities, emphasizing national unity, social hope, and the deep connection between Iranian society and Imam Reza’s teachings.

According to Dr. Abdulhamid Talebi, the president of the Scientific and Cultural Organization of Astan Qods Razavi, this year’s central motto, ‘Iran of Imam Reza, united, powerful and victorious,” reflects the nationwide expansion of Razavi culture.

He noted that the concept of ‘Iran as a sanctuary’ will become more prominent during the festivities, adding: “Imam Reza’s teachings should increasingly inform social life across the country.”

Dr. Talebi explained that the Iranian people have achieved significant accomplishments in recent months, which he described as foundations for civilizational progress.

He referred to Quranic concepts related to public perseverance and cited verse 78 of Surah Hajj, stating: “God grants leadership to communities that fulfil their divine responsibilities. A collective sense of achievement has taken shape in society and this spirit will continue until complete victory over injustice”.

The official added that clarifying the role of imamate remains the main thematic focus for the third consecutive year.

He highlighted a saying of Imam Reza describing the Imam as the guardian of religion, source of dignity for Muslims, and cause of frustration for hypocrites.

Dr. Talebi emphasized alignment with the guidance of the martyred Leader and the current leader, noting: “There's a special focus on public tranquillity, social hope, national unity, and active public participation”.

He referred to the martyred Leader’s statement that public involvement resolves crises and highlighted the current leader’s remark that the Iranian nation has been the decisive victor in recent challenges.

He identified women’s influential presence as a defining feature of contemporary society, noting their creative and unifying role in cultural and social activities.

Dr. Talebi concluded that national cohesion and creative public participation have secured recent achievements and that the Karamat Ten-Day festivities represent the peak expression of the unbreakable bond between community and imamate.
